Being Mindful is simply the best thing you can do to improve the experience of your life. Your experience is shaped by your thoughts. You need to pay attention to what you are thinking about otherwise you are at the mercy of your negatively biased mind – most humans have one. Once you notice the thoughts and identify the unhelpful ones you can learn to redirect your thoughts and your attention. Not surprisingly this takes a bit of practice and the mind can be stubborn but you can do it. Just be kind to yourself and keep bringing your attention back when the mind wanders that’s the practice simple! But not easy!!
