Being Present is not something we spend much time on in this busy world. We are always in the past or the future in our minds often regretting or worrying. Now bearing in mind that we are creating neural structure in the brain dependent on what we do with our minds, giving ourselves a break and becoming present in the NOW is important for us all. So give yourself a few precious moments of presence in each day either by listening to this practice or throughout your day by focusing on what you are doing whilst you are doing it.
